Visa reported better-than-expected results for the fiscal fourth quarter on Wednesday on higher transaction volumes, but said it expected revenue for the next three years to be at the low end of previous guidance amid the global economic slowdown.
The credit card processor reported a net loss of $356m, or 45 cents a share, for the three months ended September 30, its third quarter as a public company. That compared with a $1.66bn loss a year earlier.
